Kill Me In The Moonlight was conceived at the start of the COVID-19 quarantine as a way to demonstrate that short films could still be made covid-friendly. The entire film was written, directed, shot, acted, and edited by Salvi and Rosson.
The skeleton used in the film was left on location and may still be there.
Kris Salvi and Gabrielle Rosson are more than film co-collaborators, they're also married.
Kill Me In The Moonlight received rave reviews at the 2020 Happenstance Horror Fest which was held at a drive-in movie theater in Barrington, New Hampshire.
Graphic designer Michael Lapore designed the movie poster.
