The story follows two Filipino women – Amparo, a quiet socialite born into a wealthy family, and Beverly, a wide-eyed mail-order bride – who migrate to California and discover hidden truths as their lives intertwine.

Denise Richards's life might be complicated , but she's hoping to make it easy for others to be inspired by her journey from small town girl to Hollywood fixture. The actress has signed a deal with Gallery Books, an imprint of Simon & Schuster, to publish a memoir about her life after coming to Hollywood - including her marriage to and divorce from Charlie Sheen. "I wanted to write a heartfelt, honest book that would be a source of hope for others going through difficult times," says Richards, who filed for divorce from Sheen while she was pregnant with their second child.

Denise Richards finds dating "challenging". The actress, who has daughters Sam, six, and Lola, five, with ex-husband Charlie Sheen, admits it is difficult to combine the needs of her children while having a personal life.
"Dating is very challenging," she said. "I won't introduce my kids to anyone I'm dating unless it's very serious. And balancing everything, my daughters always come first. I will never get these years back with my girls!"
The 39-year-old star also revealed she regards infidelity as the "ultimate betrayal" and can't understand why people cheat on their partners. Gallner plays a rebellious teen being mentored by a former rock music roadie who serves as the eccentric headmaster of an academy. He soon becomes an escort for the local housewives of the town in order to stay on at the academy.
