Tamra Judge’s tongue has gotten her in legal trouble again.
This time, it’s Jennifer Pedranti’s boyfriend, Ryan Boyajian, that she might have to face in court.
Things have escalated between Tamra and Ryan since Episode 12 of The Real Housewives of Orange County aired on September 26.
Tamra was also a guest on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen that same night, and she made false statements against Ryan.
She issued an apology on her Instagram Story the next day, but by then, it was too late.
Ryan has since acquired an attorney and has served the Rhoc star with legal papers.
Interestingly, Ryan’s attorney is the same person who represented Jim Bellino, the now ex-husband of Alexis Bellino, when he sued Tamra and Shannon Beador in 2018.

Exclusive: Another round of layoffs has hit the BBC Children’s & Education department after a revamp to production of the Cbbc Studio.
A consultation in Salford’s Media City has started and 11 roles are set to be closed after a decision was made to outsource the presentation links between shows on the popular kids channel, we are told. These presentation links used to take place in the iconic Broom Cupboard but are now done in the Cbbc Studio, as channel favorites like Hacker T Dog announce shows and take part in mini skits. Production on the CBeebies presentation links, including the famous Bedtime Stories, will remain the same.
The move is the second phase of a set of changes brought in last year following an 18-month structural review into BBC Children’s, the first of which saw around 25 leave the department and was revealed by Deadline in February 2023.

Ryan Boyajian Net Worth Explored In Wake Of Recent Fraud Allegations(Photo Credit –Instagram)
Ryan Boyajian, who, along with fiancée Jennifer Pedranti, appeared on Season 17 of The Real Housewives of Orange County (Rhoc), is reportedly embroiled in the $17 million gambling and theft scandal involving the former interpreter of Dodgers superstar Shohei Ohtani.
Ippei Mizuhara, the former interpreter of Japanese baseball star Shohei Ohtani, agreed to plead guilty to US charges that he illegally transferred nearly $17m from the athlete’s bank account. The four leading candidates for California’s open U.S. Senate seat met again this evening, this time in a one-hour San Francisco debate that produced fewer clashes than their first gathering in January.
Still, with less than a month before the state’s open primary, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-ca) focused a number of his attacks on Steve Garvey, the sole Republican on the stage, particularly over the “issue” of Donald Trump.
“Let me just say this also to Mr. Garvey: The greatest threat that we have to our democracy is Donald Trump,” Schiff said.
Garvey voted for Trump in the last two presidential elections but said that, when it comes to supporting him this year, he “will make that decision when the time comes.” In response to Schiff, Garvey said that the “gravest threat to democracy is deconstruction of the Constitution. Packing the court. Doing away with the filibuster.

Horrors on the high sea are a common enough theme, from Ghost Ship and Deathship to The Haunting of the Mary Celeste and Titanic 666 there are plenty of them. The most recent of these, The Haunting of the Queen Mary opens on Halloween Eve,1938 when the ship’s festivities are replaced with terror as an axe-wielding man hacks his way through its corridors.
The plot then circles back a few hours to show Gwen and David Ratch sneaking into an exclusive party in an attempt to get their daughter Jackie introduced to some Hollywood stars who they hope can help her become the next Shirley Temple.

Russell T Davies has a plan for Doctor Who’s survival: New. Fans.
It’s the same plan he had in 2005 when the show was first revived, but this time, it comes with a much bigger piggy bank courtesy of Disney+, and an appendix titled something like ‘Marvel(lous) World Domination’. International streaming, spin-offs, famous guest stars who bring crossover fandoms with them… It’s all about welcoming new viewers to the massive world of Doctor Who and creating lifelong fans in the making. Again.
Things are off to a solid start after David Tennant’s return in the three anniversary specials and Ncuti Gatwa’s debut adventure in “The Church on Ruby Road”, but there’s more fanfare to come, says Davies. Speaking at a Cardiff press conference in November 2023, he described the international streaming launch so far as low-key. “Disney are going to launch it massively when Ncuti’s first season comes along.

Hulu‘s raucous drama series The Artful Dodger bursts in on the entertainingly messy adult life of the Artful Dodger, the cunning child pickpocket who led a gang of kiddie thieves in Charles Dickens’ novel Oliver Twist. Turns out the cutpurse escaped prison and joined the navy, where he learned the brand-new surgery profession (nimble fingers help!). Now he’s remade himself as Dr. Jack Dawkins (Thomas Brodie-Sangster), working for room and board at a colonial Australian hospital. “He’s a generally respectable surgeon but still has an itch to do crime,” co-creator and writer James McNamara says. Hence his gambling side hustle! If it’s discovered he’s a fugitive, he’ll face the noose. But Brodie-Sangster’s Jack “knows how to throw down,” McNamara adds, “and when he’s pushed to a certain point, he will do so.” Dawkins’ life is upended when a prisoner transport from England...

Exclusive: There is a little-discussed Hollywood rumor, explains Nicolas Winding Refn and his long-time collaborator Matthew Read, that Scooby Doo only came to be because Warners failed to land the rights to adapt The Famous Five.
And when you look at the two properties and their uncanny similarities, this argument does begin to hold some weight. Both have daring female characters from a bygone era, ridiculous story-of-the-week capers that always end neatly, and, of course, those lovable pooches — in the former case Scooby and in the latter, Timmy.
If the rumor is true, Winding Refn is thankful for how things played out, as he credits both generation-traversing works with influencing his career and driving his love for the screen. Now, more than 50 years on from when Warner Bros. allegedly failed to land the rights, the Denmark-born director has become the latest to take on best-selling English children’s writer Enid Blyton’s iconic novel series,...

Uh-oh… has someone put a hex on Disney+’s Agatha-centered WandaVision spinoff?
The spinoff, with Kathryn Hahn reprising her WandaVision role as the witchy villainess, was originally supposed to debut later this year, but it has now been delayed until early fall 2024, timed to the Halloween season, according to The Hollywood Reporter. (A source has confirmed the news to TVLine.) For those of you who are keeping score at home, it’s also now on its third title: Agatha: Darkhold Diaries, replacing the previous title Agatha: Coven of Chaos, which in turn replaced the original Agatha: House of Harkness.

Exclusive: Around 25 layoffs are incoming in the BBC Children’s & Education department, while the BBC Studios Kids & Family team has seen a similar number depart since December.
The decisions have been made independently of each other, we understand, and a voluntary redundancy process will now commence within Children’s & Education. Staff were informed yesterday afternoon by email and affected staff were spoken with individually.
BBC Children’s hits include the likes of Hey Duggee, Oliver Twist adaptation Dodger (pictured) and Blue Peter.
Following an 18-month review that has just concluded, the circa-25 layoffs will be within the presentation sub-division, which promotes kids content via links and resources, and the educational production sub-division, which will see a senior leader restructure.

The past year has no doubt been a transformative one for streaming and the media industry as a whole. As we enter 2023, here are five predictions on how the entire streaming space will evolve this year.
Growth of Fast skyrockets
Streamers embraced ad-supported models this year and specifically free ad-supported TV (Fast) channels exploded as consumers looked for a more affordable streaming alternative. According to a recent Whip Media survey, consumers report their current streaming spending is at about 48 a month in the U.S. and the majority don’t plan to increase it. If anything, the signs point towards viewers reducing their streaming budget in 2023.
Both awareness and use of free ad-supported streaming TV services grew in 2022, according to Whip Media data, with 49 of U.S. adults reporting they use a free streaming service on at least a monthly basis. We anticipate this will grow in 2023 as Fast platforms...

Vin Scully, the legendary Los Angeles Dodgers broadcaster who died Aug. 2 at the age of 94, was remembered in a tribute Friday at Dodger Stadium as a towering but humble figure whose work extended beyond the team to become part of the fabric of baseball.
“He wasn’t just a Dodger — he loved the game of baseball that we all love and care about,” Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said during the memorial ceremony that preceded the Blue Crew’s evening home game against the San Diego Padres.
“Vin, you will be missed,” Roberts said from the field, surrounded by team members. Some players them wore special hats bedecked with an image of an old-fashioned microphone with wings attached.
“We love you. We will think about you every day. Every game we come here, every fan who shows up to Dodger Stadium, there’s a reason you will always be remembered. You...

Vin Scully, the velvet-tongued sports broadcaster known to generations of baseball fans as the voice of the Los Angeles Dodgers, has died, the team announced Tuesday. He was 94.
Scully’s mark on Los Angeles, baseball and broadcasting history will never be matched. To say he was beloved is a colossal understatement — while most baseball fans could scarcely name a close rival’s play-by-play man, every decent baseball fan gets wistful at the mere mention of Scully.
“He was the voice of the Dodgers, and so much more,” the team wrote. “He was their conscience, their poet laureate, capturing their beauty and chronicling their glory from Jackie Robinson to Sandy Koufax, Kirk Gibson to Clayton Kershaw.”

Scully’s longevity is almost hard to process. He began calling Dodgers games in 1950, when the team was still in Brooklyn.

Short-format Drama
Ghy Culture & Media, a mainland China-focused entertainment company from Singapore, has launched a slate of short drama series that it says mirror the professionally-generated short format developed by Chinese platforms Douyin and Bilibili. Its first three are fantasy “Goddess Hotel,” urban fantasy-light comedy “Miss Tanya” and sci-fi comedy “Ability Bureau.” Each short drama series is slated to run for 2 or 3 seasons, with 12 to 16 episodes per season, and each episode delivered at approximately 3 minutes. Involving Singapore production teams and actors, each project is estimated to cost between S350,000 to S1.6 million to produce. Ghy describes the slate as Singapore-China collaborations, but it does not disclose if there is a Chinese co-producer. Instead, it reveals that they will be simultaneously released on Douyin and TikTok, Douyin’s global English counterpart, with versions in English, Bahasa Indonesian and Thai. Ghy says that it aims to establish a cultural bridge between Singapore,...

Heath Ledger’s medieval comedy classic “A Knight’s Tale” is officially 20 years old as of May 11, 2021. Vulture marked the occasion by discussing the movie’s memorable David Bowie dance sequence with writer-director Brian Helgeland and cast member Shannyn Sossamon. It turns out the scene had been planned and rehearsed using Kc and the Sunshine Band’s “Get Down Tonight,” but Ledger much preferred David Bowie’s “Golden Years.”
“When Heath wanted to sell you on something, you could tell in a second,” Helgeland said. “He would assume this kind of boyishness to him; he’d become nine years old, like out of a Dickens story, like the Artful Dodger.”
Ledger’s pitch to use “Golden Years” instead of “Get Down Tonight” was hard to resist. As the director remembered, “Heath got this big grin on his face. He goes, ‘It’s the same tempo. It’s going to work.’ He said,...
