- When shooting blood spraying is clearly see and walls can be covered with blood, the character will ve covered with blood in the part where was shot at, also when shooting with snipers or lmgs can cause that the character get dismembered, this is hard tp notice unless You want to see the dead body
- The game contains LOTS of violence using firearms. There is gore in game (can be turned off) there is also finisher moves in the game (CANNOT be turned off)

- Sometimes, when you enter the gulag, the announcer will tell you to "go fuck them up," right before you fight. The announcer can be turned off.
- Most of the swearing comes from people who are playing online. They can be toggled off/muted.
