There is nothing like horror in this tedious melodrama. If you're looking for horror, look elsewhere or suffer through endless soap opera-quality awfulness. I have nothing good to say about this one.

Warning: Spoilers
The church of Emeth moves into a small town. They are conservative and cultist. They are God's judge jury and executioner. Jessica (Rachel Hudson ) local high school baseball reporter is writing a story. She leaves an abusive boyfriend, marries a man from the congregation, and has a child several years old in a matter of a few screen minutes. Her ex-bf also joins the church and the ending is bizarre.
This is a zero budget, zero acting, bad soundtrack film. While I have no love for cults and my biggest complaint is that there are too few comets, this film was not entertaining in the least.
Guide: F-word. implied sex. No nudity.

Great Thriller

Nothing but the Blood quickly has you cheering on the main character. The story had me captivated from start to finish and you feel great satisfaction with the way things come to and end. The story was thrilling! I highly recommend.
Slow burn with plenty of horror

The horror in this film starts subtle, as this creepy and radical church infiltrates this town and this woman's life. However, without spoiling anything it gets VERY all-out horrific, thrilling and intense at the end. I can see how this film would be polarizing given its very strong point of view that might tick some people off. However, I admire their no-holds-barred stance and fearless commentary on a timely and polarizing subject matter.

Made in Texas with an extremely low budget and all local crew and actors and yet the end result is really great! It's not a perfect movie but I think it deserves a perfect score because it is a really good movie and I'm very impressed with what the filmmakers pulled off here.
Creepy

Top notch talent in directing, dramatic camera work, and surprisingly believable acting. For being a first major project from this writer/director, it is easy to see why one would be wise to keep close watch on his future career as we see this newcomer turn lowbudget lemons into a visceral lemonade.
