Effective storytelling with compelling performances

The story really gripped me. I wasn't sure I had the time to finish it in one go, being so busy as I am. But I did finish it from start to finish. The great and compelling performance from the Lead actress really put a stamp on the heart of the message. Great work.

Moving and enlightening

I'm completely blown away by the story and my own ignorance to this plight - I had no idea. Beautifully shot, it's a moving film that gives a jolting insight into the world of another.

The first motif to see this special film is the performance of Refilwe Modiselle. Great for the beautiful effect of minimalistic use of the traits of character. Second - for atmosphere. You feel the bitterness as a sort of salt. Not the last , for the social message. An admirable film, using the justice as significant part of it but far to be reduced at that aspect.
