So Many Loose Ends
Hitchcoc18 April 2020
Irving faces extortion. Daisy's killer is arrested but there is a lot more to the story. The Haitians seem untouchable because they are laundering huge amounts of money. J. Edgar's dearest friend who lost his son, can't leave well enough alone. I don't know how Episode 10 can possibly deal with all these balloons.

Good Season

Good story development character development. Shows a lot of the investigative and follow up work that the detectives do.

I like the character Irvin Irving. But, I don't like Lance Reddick's lack of acting skills. He just is not believable. Plus, he walks like he has a stick up his a$$.

Still very enjoyable season.

Strong eventful episode

This is a very good episode that includes significant events in the main storylines. Some involve quite downbeat moments and it feels refreshing that the writers chose not to wrap certain situations up with neat resolutions. I am guessing they might be resolved at some point in the future, as Bosch has included relatively satisfying endings to several plots so far in the show, like criminals getting caught and sneaky nefarious individuals who try to smear the reputation of main characters are thwarted.

The Avril investigation includes some of the best material since this arc began and for the first time it has made me intrigued to find out what will happen next.

All actors are on good form and the visuals are great.
