Weeping Widow!

Bosch and J. Edgar move in on the widow of the man killed on the overlook. The terrorists are working underground, seeking revenge. A good deal of money is changing hands. J. Edgar makes a significant discovery that comes forward as the episode ends. Things are ramping up well now.

Soild episode that continues the overarching plot development

The LAPD apply pressure to Mrs Kent and Bosch looks into the murder of Daisy Clayton.

The story continues to unfold its various plot threads in an interesting direction that makes you want to find out what will happen and which aspects will link. For me the scenes involving Mrs Kent are the strongest, particularly at the police station. Bosch's leads into Daisy's murder also start to get interesting.

I think the scenes involving Edgar and the Avril investigations are well made, but with the length of the show they feel like they are dragging slightly through the build up and complexities of the plot for me. There is a lot going on in the show narrative and I am only fully invested in the outcome of some of it.

I think the episode ends on a slightly predictable, but nevertheless intriguing, visual that works well.

For me it's a 7.5/10, but I round upwards.

I love this series, but does the lawyer not know about conflict of interest?
