- Dorian is on the phone with Victor, while Tony is still at Dorian's. Victor says he should be home in a day or so. Dorian asks him ti hurry home. Victor senses something is wrong with Dorian, but she acts like all is fine. Dorian hangs up. Tony and Dorian continue their conversation. Tony says that if he finds out that Dorian knew that Tony is Victor's son their will be hell to pay. Tim arrives home and Eileen asks him where he has been. Tim says he is tired and needs to go to bed. Eileen says that Sheilah is very interested in him. Tim says it would not be fair to Sheilah, because he only loves Jenny. Dorian grabs the letter from Dorothy admitting that Tony is Victor's son and goes to the fireplace to burn it. Dorian is startled when Matt appears and she clues him in on what has transpired. Matt says that it is even more important now to get the Washington Bureau job now. Sheilah calls Tim and asks him to go to a concert the next night with her and some friends. Tim declines and says he needs to go to bed. A calculating Sheilah says to herself that she will never give up on Tim. Lying ion bed, Tony remembers many times that his mother, Dorothy told him that his father was dead. The next morning, Tim is optimistic and tells Eileen that he will get a letter from Jenny today. Over at Dorian's, Matt and Dorian are packing up her medical books. Dorian is very uneasy. Tim arrives home and finds a letter from Jenny. Tim is disappointed that Jenny never mentions missing Tim, just that she is needed in South America. Tim goes and gets drunk and shows up at Sheilah's door. Sheilah is elated and goes to change. Tim realizes this is all a mistake and takes off. Sheilah comes out of the bedroom in her peignoir and is sad to see Tim has left.—Sudsluva
