After 2 seasons of wondering if Marie had really changed, I finally got my answer. I enjoyed the last conversation between Marie and Allie, even though it looked like a last conversation and I find Ruby stupid for falling into Lou's trap without taking a knife or something. The creators are amazing at making us like characters we hated at first (Kaz and Marie in my case). It's the first episode I don't like Lou and Linda's Game of Thrones commentary really pissed me off. I've spent my time saying that all the cast is great, but Susie Porter still deserves a mention for Winter. Ferguson will surprise until the end, but what is certain is that she didn't do it out of sudden remorse. The placebos reveal is interesting, but The Freak clearly went back to jail to sort things out, meaning killing the ones she thinks deserve it. The end of the episode is special; the whole prison is against the characters we love. Next week is our last chance to be spoiled by an appearance from Bea or a visit from Franky, but mostly the last time to be surprised, moved, stressed and happy because of an episode of Wentworth.

Susie Porter

I loved Marie Winter. It's sad to see the writers repeated the same main character formula for a third time, but it was still brilliantly written, acted, and filmed. Susie Porter is absolutely gifted and she portrayed Marie perfectly. It's sad to see her go, but there's only one episode left. Hopefully the finale is at least an hour and wraps everything up neatly. Wentworth hasn't disappointed before, so they have a lot to live up to now.

I have been watching this since it first came out. I loved a lot of the characters through out the seasons. I've found myself happy when they were happy. Mad when they were. It's hard these days to find characters, that you can't really relate to, but you feel a sense of odd bond with them. To me, that makes excellent writers and actors and actresses.
I was sad to see the show come to an end. But every good show must end before it "jumps the shark". I know I'll binge watch it in the future.
I loved Vera. To me she represents the underdog. She fought her way to the top. Watching her trials to get yo where she was, was so beautifully done. I love the bond that H block, right up to very end.
I did, in ways feel like Boomer. Almost everything she had endured. Not being a bouncer and all. :) But her hardships I guess , I can relate to someone in that show after all.
The character Joan, I truly hated. I was like how can she keep coming back?? Seriously! But her last scene had me on the edge of my seat. I was just waiting for her to be her true evil self. But when she made that one choice, I couldn't believe it was the same Joan I grew to hate. In that brief moment, my heart broke. Not for what she had done, but for what she had said. Her quote will stay with me. For what she said, "A child needs her mother." No truer lines have ever been spoken.
So, that is my review. As I finish typing this, I will admit I'm sitting here crying. Crying for the end of one of the best shows ever, crying over the characters that passed during the show (not the actors themselves), and because Joan's quote at the very end.

Marie did good

@renright101 I had just started feeling bad for Marie. She was trying so hard to overcome her reputation. I really felt terrible for Will. It does seem like he loved her. I'm going to miss him most of all. I've even started liking Jake because he's such a good Dad. I'm worried that Joan came back to kill Vera! Please NOOOO!!!! Grace needs her Mama too!!
