The minivan blew up while the woman was shifting into drive, yet both hands are on the wheel when Brennan and Booth appraise the wreck.
As Brennan and Booth are in the car having the conversation about the "male menopause", both windows are open. Althought they are clearly driving, no wind whatsoever blows into the car, leaving Brennan's hair hanging down as if there is no wind at all.
When the camera zooms in on Agent Frost's chest when Hodgins is checking her out, her ID card is clearly visible as saying "FBI Special Agent Sam Reilly," who is another character entirely.
(at around 32 mins) Hodgins says that "Shenandoah Mountain is in West Virginia" and the "Shenandoah Pine" grows on it. We are then shown a map of Shenandoah Mountain's supposed location. Shenandoah Mountain sits on the border of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the state of West Virginia, yet on the map it is shown between the border and Seneca Rocks, West Virginia (which is some distance into the state rather than near the border). Also, there is no "Shenandoah Pine" - there is, however, a "Virginia Pine" that is native to both Virginia and West Virginia.
