While at first this show felt it was trying too hard it has settled in with decent story lines and does not appear to be making Austin look like a redneck stronghold.

A brilliant episode with realistic and emotional circumstances as well as some very important legwork in terms of the main story. I've been on the fence about Lone Star since the start but this is the episode where I can finally see the potential being put to good use. A strong 8 to a light 9.
