When discussing the legend of Malachor, Ahsoka tells Kanan and Ezra, "There's always a bit of truth in legends." This was a phrase used by Disney after its acquisition of Lucasfilm, when they re-branded the old Expanded Universe to be titled Legends, to persuade consumers that the Legends material was still worth purchasing/revisiting even though its events were overwritten by the post-Jedi films and TV series.
Ezra identifies himself as "Jabba," the third time he's used the alias of Jabba the Hutt in the series.
