Morris L. 'Mo' Tibbs: [Everyone is arguing with each other, loudly] All right. That's it. All of you, sit down!
[No one does]
Morris L. 'Mo' Tibbs: Sit.
[TJ, Marcus, and Yvette sit]
Morris L. 'Mo' Tibbs: Or stand, in your case, Mr. Henderson. Now I have to say, I am extremely disappointed in each and every one of you.
[Floyd crosses his arms and glares]
Morris L. 'Mo' Tibbs: Less so, in your case, Mr. Henderson. Now, I've always loved coming over to this house. And to be honest, I've always wanted to be a part of this family. And do you know why?
Floyd Henderson: 'cause the fridge is full?
Morris L. 'Mo' Tibbs: And do you know why else? Because I thought that this family showed a love and respect for each other that's hard to find nowadays. I thought this family dealt with problems and disagreements by talking and listening. But all I've seen in the four days that I've lived here is dishonesty
Floyd Henderson: Mm-hmm.
Morris L. 'Mo' Tibbs: Discord.
Floyd Henderson: Mm-hmm
Morris L. 'Mo' Tibbs: And distrust.
Floyd Henderson: Hmm?
[Floyd realizes Mo is talking about him and sits]
Morris L. 'Mo' Tibbs: Now, maybe I put this family on a rose-colored pedestal, and that was wrong. But I can't stand to see y'all like this. I'd rather remember you the way you were at your best. So I'm packin' up my things and I'm goin' to stay with my Aunt Ellen.
