I think this episode is one of the best I have seen of the whole series.
Not only is there great action, which is true of most "24" episodes, but there is great tension and suspense that is sustained for almost the entire 1 hour episode.
I think they have assembled a great cast so far this season. Jeneane Garofalo is a great edition to the cast this season. You have your usually group of intense, type A types that are typical in law enforcement - but her character, Janis, is a quirky, awkward sort that adds good depth to the cast.
In addition to some great dialogue in this episode - like the one above in the title line - there was another classic line where the President is questioning whether she can trust Jack. She says something to the effect "How can I know to trust you - how can I know for sure where you're loyalties lie"? To which Jack answers confidently "Ask around". Maybe he's on his way to great one liners - a la Ckint Eastwood.
There is a good unexpected setback at the end when Henry Taylor doesn't escape unscathed from the rescue attempt. I think that's what makes "24" so interesting - that the unexpected happens.
