"Harry and Maggie" definitely was, as it was known in the trade, a "one-shot wonder." It originally aired at 8:00 P.M. Eastern/7:00 P.M. Central time on Friday, April 25, 1975 as part of the "CBS Friday Comedy Special" series and has not been rerun since; CBS was considering purchasing the series from MGM Television but decided to pass (NBC and ABC were likewise not interested in picking up this show). Presumably, when Turner Entertainment Company purchased the pre-January 1985 backlog of MGM's movies and TV shows in the summer of 1986, this pilot episode was included in the deal; "Harry and Maggie" is now owned by Turner, but all TV and other media rights are now controlled by Warner Bros. Television (Turner became part of the Time Warner empire in 1998).
