- TriviaThis episode is credited as being written by Kim Shumway and directed by Ian Samoil, though the closing scene involving Clarke, Octavia, Levitt, and Madi in the M-Cap room was written and directed by series creator Jason Rothenberg. This is because the scene was originally meant to be part of the series finale episode The Last War (2020) (which Rothenberg helmed). With that episode running too long to fit its time slot, the M-Cap scene was moved to the end of this, the second-to-final episode.
- GoofsWhen Raven uses the star map as Murphy is uncovering the Anomaly Stone, the symbol visible next to the emerging code is the one previously identified for Bardo, not for Sanctum.
- Crazy creditsEven though Chuku Modu did not appear after Gabriel Santiago dies in the previous episode, Chuku's name is still credited in this episode, indicating that he may have been meant to appear in flashbacks or as a corpse and his scenes were cut.

Jason Rothenberg is hateful to the audience...again
I can't tell if Jason Rothenberg or Kim Shumway is the biggest villain in this episode. Both exhibit a refusal to accept that audiences are weary of the standard sci-fi fare created by white men of a certain age that think being 'edgy' means mocking their viewers and any human connection they try to form with the characters. It should be a giant red flag that both the lead male and female actors have completely refused to promote this garbage all season. And it should be glaringly obvious that the show runner is vindictive, petty and unprofessional. Removing the lead actor's name from the opening credits? Really? Nice touch a**hole.
