- Captain Price and the SAS partner with the CIA and the Urzikstani Liberation Force to retrieve stolen chemical weapons. The fight takes you from London to the Middle East and beyond, as this joint task force battles to stop a global war.
- The story starts with a propaganda video by the leader of terrorist group Al-Qatala(AQ) Omar (The Wolf) Sulaman (Joel Swetow) extorting his followers to commit jihad. Supporting him is his second in command Jamal (The Butcher) Rehar (Nick Tarabay) After the video we get a flashback to the first mission
We see main character "Alex" (Chad Michael Collins) a CIA paramilitary operative leading a Marine strike force to a facility in Verdansk believed to be storing chemical weapons. As the team approaches the facility they get a communication from Alex's CIA handler Kate Laswell (Rya Kihlstedt) warning not to engage Russian military personnel and that the weapons are scheduled to get moved into Urzikstan the next day. The team arrives outside the facility and Alex calls in an air strike devastating much of the facility. Alex and the Marines go into the facility and fight the remaining enemy forces. They breech the warehouse where the chemical weapons were stored and then the lights go out. The team fights through the warehouse in total darkness until they secure the building and the WMDs. The realize that some of the enemy were Spentnaz- Russian elite troops. As the team tries to leave the facility with the gas, they are attacked by terrorists who kill everyone but Alex and steal the gas. This prompts Laswell to call Captain John Price (Barry Slone)
The scene shifts to Piccadilly Circus in London where SAS operative Kyle Garrick (Elliot Knight) is worried about an potential terrorist attack. Which happens. A squad of AQ terrorists open fire on the civilians there killing dozens. Kyle and his SAS squad mates together with London police try to stop them but a lot of people get killed. Kyle and the supporting soldiers are able to stop the slaughter and attack the final AQ held building supported by the arriving Captain Price. Together Price and Kyle end the attack but are unable to save a hostage. Kyle tells Price later that they had intel on the attack earlier but were prevented from acting. Price recruits Kyle for his team
To help find the gas, Laswell sends Alex to Urzikstan to meet with the leader of the Urzikstan Liberation Front(ULF) Farah Karim (Claudia Doumit). Karim was an associate of Captain Price and the ULF had been fighting both an occupying Russian army led by General Roman Barkov (Konstantin Lavysh) and Al Qatala to free Urzikstan. Alex tells Farah and her brother and second in command Hadir (Aiden Bristow) about the stolen gas. Farah says they will help as long as Alex agrees to help them fight against Barkov's forces. Alex and Farah go into the nearby city with Alex disguised as a local civilian. Their objectives was to cause havoc to pull some of Barkov's forces away from his airbase. Using silenced weapons and stealth Alex plants bombs on two Russian choppers which he detonates. Farah and Alex then escape from the city as Barkov sends reinforcements. Next Alex helps the ULF in their attack on Barkov's base. Using radio controlled planes produced by Hadir armed with C4, Alex takes out several Russian vehicles in the attack. The ULF forces fight a pitched battle and capture two armories in the base until Barkov counterattacks with armored vehicles. Alex's CIA contacts send in an Apache attack helicopter to save the ULF forces and destroy Barkov's tanks
The scene switches to England where Captain Price and Kyle Garret lead an attack on an AQ hideout based on Garret's intel. The SAS team attacks the AQ safe house in darkness using night vision goggles while having to avoid hurting non-combatants living there. The raid led to intel on the location of AQ's leader "The Wolf" who was holed up in a hospital in a major city in Urzikstan.
Next, Alex, together with a large Marine squad launches an attack on the Al Qatala occupied hospital. After fighting through to the building the squad then does room to room fighting, avoiding tripwire traps and ambushing terrorists while avoiding the civilians that AQ used as human shields. Eventually the Wolf and AQ captured a few Marines so Alex flanked the enemy and got behind them, capturing the Wolf. The team transported the Wolf to the American embassy where they planned to turn him over to Captain Price.
However, the Butcher led a group of AQ terrorists to storm the embassy, demanding the return of the Wolf. The Butcher killed several embassy staff and even a small child. During the attack, Kyle Garret guides an embassy employee named Stacy through the facility helping her avoid the AQ terrorists trying to kill her. The team gets out of the embassy and takes up defensive positions on a nearby facility. Kyle directs drone attacks to repel the terrorist attacks. The team fights their way to the Ambassador's residence where the Wolf was moved to, only to discover that the AQ force had liberated their leader.
Alex, Farah, and Hadir leave the city and set up a position outside the only highway out of the city in an attempt to ambush the Wolf. Alex uses a new sniper rifle built by Hadir. A group of AQ militants come down the highway and launch mortar attacks on Alex's position. The battle continues and then Barkov's forces attack both sides. The Russian forces nearly overrun Alex and Farah's position until Hadir sends a truck loaded with poison gas at Barkov's forces. It is revealed that it was Hadir who stole the gas in the first mission. This causes Farah to denounce her brother and Hadir flees and joins up with Al Qatala
We get a flashback sequence from 20 years ago when Farah was a young child. Gen Barkov's forces had invaded Urzikstan and attacked with chemical weapons. Farah and her father went to their house where Hadir was hiding. A Russian soldier arrived an attacked Farah's father, killing him. Farah sneaked through her house and attacked the soldier with improvised shivs. Together with her brother Hadir, she managed to overcome the soldier, killing him. Farah and Hadir fled the house, avoiding the occupying soldiers until they reached a truck guarded by two soldiers. Through subterfuge, Farah stole a pistol and managed to kill the soldiers. As Farah and Hadir attempted their escape in the truck they were captured by Barkov
Back in the present day, Laswell briefs the team consisting of Price, Kyle, Alex and Farah Hadir and the WMDs were tracked to an AQ stronghold in the mountains. The team launches an attack on the compound. First, Kyle and Price attack the main house where they learn that Hadir is gone and the Wolf has gone into a tunnel network under the compound. Farah and Alex go into the tunnels but there is a cave in cutting them off from support. They fight through the tunnels, avoiding trip wires and a MG nest. Then Farah and Alex get separated when he falls into a lower section of the tunnels. Alex fights back up to the top level dealing with AQ fighters and a raging fire. Alex and Farah continue on where they find the Wolf wearing a suicide vest. Alex kills the Wolf and Farah helps Alex disarm the vest
Back at HQ, the team learns that the US has redesignated Farah's organization as enemy combatants. Alex and Kyle protest as Farah's forces were allies. Price angrily warns the Marine commander to stand down.
We then get another flashback where we see Farah and Hadir as POWs being held by Gen Barkov. We see Farah getting water boarded with Barkov demanding to know who "Commander Karim" is. After two sessions, Farah admits that she is Karim-which Barkov already knew. Barkov leaves the cell when the camp is attacked by outside forces. Farah escapes from her cell, gets a pistol, then frees some ULF fighters and obtains some AK-47s. The team fights there way through the base, while avoiding sniper fire. They get through the base and kill the sniper only to be stopped by Barkov's forces. At that time, Price and his SAS team arrive and save Farah' team. They rescue the remaining ULF forces.
Back in the present, Price, Kyle and a couple of Price's old friends go to St Petersburg Russia where they learn that Hadir and the Butcher plan to use the WMDs on Russian civilians. They interrupt the Butchers's meeting and he flees into the city. Price and Kyle chase the Butcher and eventually capture him. The Butcher resists interrogation until Price's friend Nikoli brings in the Butchers's family. Faced with that threat the Butcher tells Price where the WMDs are and where Hadir went-Barkovs house in Moldovia
Price and Kyle go to Barkov's estate where Kyle goes to three different buildings looking for Hadir and trying to rescue people held hostage by AQ forces. Kyle uses stealth and moves through the darkness while avoiding the large AQ force. Eventually Price and Kyle get to Barkov's office where they find Hadir. He came to the house to find Barkov's WMD factory. Price and Kyle take the intel and capture Hadir. Then they are attacked by gunships and they just barely escape. When they arrive back at base Laswell announces that they are turning Hadir over to the Russians. Price agrees but insists on keeping the intel
In a final mission, Price, Alex, Kyle and Farah launch an attack on Barkov's factory. Aided by Predator drone strikes they make their way into the factory. The plan was to plant explosives in the factory to destroy it. Alex and Farah go to the main building where they encounter Barkov's forces, including a Juggernaut soldier. They make it to their target only to learn that the detonator was destroyed. Alex insists that he be the one to stay behind to set off the explosives even though it means he will die. Meanwhile Price and Kyle fight through another section of the base to plant their explosives . Farah goes through the base and sneaks into Barkov's helicopter which he was using to escape. The team sets off the explosives, destroying the facility. Farah kills Barkov and takes the chopper back to Urzikstan.
After the mission, Price meets with Laswell about forming his own new team Task Force 141
