"Sugus y Brandy" is a very creative look into adult relationships. It lasts ten minutes and tells the story of a break-up. The film's script has average dialogue, but does not rely on it. What sustains the movie is a very creative decision that I won't mention (it's better to just watch the 10 minutes short film and enjoy it). I was deeply moved by the fantastic acting of the female lead. It's rare to see non-actors give such strong performances. The use of art, photography and music is flawless. However, if I have one criticism, it is the character of the male lead. His motivations seem a bit weak. We've all been in these situations, and even if we want to act as he did, it is not as easy as the filmmaker made it seem. Very strong piece. Worth your time.
