Ever since her very public split from former soccer star Gerard Piqué, Shakira‘s love life has been in the spotlight.
There were rumors that she was romanticly involved with NBA star Jimmy Butler at one point and chatter that she may have been seeing A-lister Tom Cruise and later Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton when they were spotted out together.
Reports surfaced recently linking the “Hips Don’t Lie” singer to another famous man, actor Lucien Laviscount. This time, multiple outlets confirmed that they are casually dating after meeting on the set of her music video “Puntería.” Here’s more about the pair, including what their age difference is.

With or without a renewal, “Couple to Throuple” isn’t ending. Not really.
Peacock’s reality dating show for the poly-curious concluded its inaugural “experiment” this week — with its unconventional cast wrapping up their first attempts at non-monogamy in an emotional Season 1 finale that debuted Thursday, February 29.
Following 10 weeks of chaotic “third” swapping at an idyllic resort in Panama City, the starring couples and the sexy singles they dated made only the vaguest plans for their post-show futures. Instead, the subjects spent most of the episode better defining their relationship goals and tearily saying goodbye to their myriad exes. Per the obligatory where-are-they-now epilogue, just one triad was still romantically involved come showtime.
That might feel like the final resting place for a freshman series in a sea of shows stuck in development limbo. (NBC has yet to comment on the future production plans for “Couple to Throuple.”) But when...

Pretty Little Liars, the soapy teen drama based on the books by Sara Shepard, captivated audiences for seven seasons. The cliquey friend group found themselves being harassed by an anonymous “A” after the disappearance of their leader, snarky Alison Dilaurentis (Sasha Pieterse). But here was something the actor wished had disappeared with her character.
In ‘Pretty Little Liars,’ Sasha Pieterse loathed her character’s yellow ruffled tank top

Throughout the first few seasons of Pretty Little Liars, most of Sasha Pieterse’s appearances on the show were flashbacks from the night Alison disappeared. Because of that, she’s usually seen wearing the same piece of clothing — a ruffly yellow tank top.

Billy Porter is known for being in front of the camera — most famously as Pray Tell on “Pose” and recently delivering a gender-bending twist on everyone’s favorite fairy godmother in Amazon’s musical movie “Cinderella.”
Now, the Emmy-winning actor is stepping behind the camera to make his feature film directorial debut with “Anything’s Possible,” a John Hughes-esque coming-of-age dramedy about trans high school senior Kelsa (trans newcomer Eva Reign), who is navigating her first boyfriend, Khal (“Katy Keene” actor Abubakr Ali), friendship and family life with her single mom (Renée Elise Goldsberry).
“I ain’t Barbra Streisand yet,” Porter tells me, laughing. “It’s like, let me do one thing at a time. Let me direct something first. Then I’ll direct something and be in it too.”
In “Anything’s Possible,” the spotlight is on Reign, seen here in an exclusive first look at the film. A native of Missouri,...

A “True Blood” reboot is in the early development stages at HBO, Variety has confirmed with sources.
Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa and Jami O’Brien are attached to write the script and executive produce, with original series creator and showrunner Alan Ball also attached to executive produce. At this time, none of the show’s original cast is attached to return.
Reps for HBO declined to comment.
The original “True Blood” is based on “The Southern Vampire Mysteries” novel series by Charlaine Harris. It debuted on HBO in 2008 and ran for seven seasons until 2014. Ball was the showrunner on five of the seven seasons. The series took place in a world in which vampires live among humans after the creation of a synthetic blood substitute that allowed vampires to stop hunting humans for food. There were also a myriad of other fantasy creatures in the show, including werewolves and witches.
Anna Paquin starred as telepathic waitress Sookie Stackhouse.

Last season, The CW renewed all of its regular season shows (excluding the two that were already ending). That move was likely due to the network programming six nights a week, instead of its traditional five. How many shows will be cancelled or renewed during the 2019-20 season? Stay tuned.
There's lots of data that network execs look at when deciding whether to renew or cancel a TV series but ratings are the major ingredient. These charts will be updated daily, as new ratings data becomes available.
CW shows this season (so far): The 100, All American, Arrow, Batwoman, Being Reuben, Black Lightning, Bulletproof, Burden of Truth, Charmed, The Christmas Caroler Challenge, Coroner, DC's Legends of Tomorrow, DC's Stargirl, Dynasty, The Flash, Fridge Wars, In the Dark, Katy Keene, Killer Camp, Legacies, Masters of Illusion, Nancy Drew, Penn & Teller: Fool Us, Riverdale, Supergirl,...

With three shows existing in the same universe, Riverdale, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, and Katy Keene, fans had high hopes for a crossover.
But when The CW and Netflix canceled the latter two shows, it also canceled all possibilities of a crossover.
TV Fantics Becca and Lizzy discuss what could have been, what they would have liked to see, and whether a three-way crossover would have even been feasible.
Becca: Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and Katy Keene were among the most notable cancellations of the year. How do you feel about both shows being canceled?
Lizzy: Since I watched both of them, I was bummed.
Obiviously, Katy Keene was in its first season, so it didn't sting as much as Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. Katy Keene was also the black sheep of the family, as it was more upbeat and fashion-focused.

“Katy Keene” will not be coming back for more adventures in the world of New York fashion, at least not at the CW.
The network has canceled the “Riverdale” spinoff after a single season. According to sources, the show’s producer Warner Bros. intends to explore possibilities to keep it going on another platform.
“Katy Keene,” also based on the Archie Comics character, follows aspiring fashion designer Katy Keene (Lucy Hale), who meets Josie McCoy (Ashleigh Murray), fresh off the bus to chase her musical dreams. Their world is populated with kindred-spirit starving artists, including mysterious socialite Pepper Smith (Julia Chan) and Broadway-bound performer Jorge Lopez – and his drag queen alter ego, Ginger (Jonny Beauchamp).
The series was the only CW show not to be renewed in January, when the network handed out second season pick-ups to fellow newcomers “Batwoman” and “Nancy Drew.” It’s worth noting that even though...

The CW has opted not to proceed with a second season of Katy Keene. Warner Bros. Television, the studio behind The Riverdale spinoff headlined by Lucy Hale, is planning to explore options for keeping the show going.
The CW Chairman and CEO Mark Pedowitz in May revealed that the options on the cast, which originally expired June 30, had been extended as the network was mulling their renewal decision. I hear the extension is until July 31, giving Wbtv a window to pursue a new home. Given Katy Keene‘s streaming deal at Wbtv corporate sibling HBO Max, which is currently carrying Season 1, the platform is considered the most realistic option for keeping Katy Keene alive.
Katy Keene was the only current CW series not to get a renewal for next season in January. In a vote of confidence, the network at the time gave the midseason show a 13-script order ahead of its premiere.

The CW's lone bubble show has met its fate.
The network has canceled Riverdale spinoff Katy Keene after one season.
The Lucy Hale starrer from Warner Bros. TV was left off the younger-skewing network's mass renewal earlier this year, with a renewal decision hinging on the show's digital performance on the recently launched HBO Max streaming performance.
While the show from super-producer Greg Berlanti was owned in-house, the series did not perform on either the linear network with delayed viewing or on The CW's digital platforms the way that fellow rookies Batwoman and Nancy Drew did....

The TV ratings surge, which seemingly can only be attributed to the coronavirus pandemic, continues, as a quartet of shows all drew season high viewerships in Thursday night.
On ABC, “Grey’s Anatomy” and its “Station 19” spinoff smashed their viewership records for the season, drawing 7.1 million and 7.5 million respectively. Their previous Live+Same Day highs were 6.7 million and 7 million. They both also registered season highs ratings-wise, coming in at a 1.5 and a 1.3. “A Million Little Things” benefited from its strong lead-in to post a eight-week high 0.7 rating and 4.2 million viewers.
NBC has an equally rosy night, with two of its comedies reaching new viewership heights. “Superstore” drew a season 5 high 3.8 million viewers (and a season high 0.9 rating), while “Will & Grace”‘s 2.8 million figure was also the largest for its final season so far (as was its 0.7 rating). “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” matched it season high rating with a 0.7 and 2.5 million viewers.

As production on broadcast shows is shutting down left, right and center amid the Coronavirus outbreak, Thursday was pretty much business as usual in the TV ratings.
“Young Sheldon” drew the largest audience of the night with 8.8 million viewers, ticking up to a 3-week high 1.1 rating among adults 18-49 in the process. Later on, CBS aired the season finales of “The Unicorn” and “Carol’s Second Act,” both of which registered a little bump to round off their freshman outings. “The Unicorn” scored a 0.7 rating and 5.8 million viewers (up from 0.6 and 5.5 million last time around), while “Carol’s Second Act” rounded off its first season with a 0.7 and 5.2 million viewers, its highest tally since Oct. 3, 2019. “Mom” also ticked up to a 0.8 rating and 6.3 million viewers, a 4-week high. “Tommy” was even at a 0.5 and drew a season high 4.9 million viewers.

Erin Richards has been cast in the final of the three lead roles in the ABC drama pilot “The Brides,” Variety has learned.
Richards will now star as one of the titular brides alongside Gina Torres and Katherine Reis, with Sophia Tatum, Chris Mason, and Goran Visnjic also set to star in the pilot. It is described as a contemporary reimagining of “Dracula” with a trio of female leads. The show would follow these immortal women and the things they do to maintain wealth, prestige, legacy, and their nontraditional family.
Richards will play Renée Pélagie. One of the three Brides of Dracula, Renée is the head of a top modeling agency in New York City, known for her torrid affairs with her beautiful female models. In her former life, she was the wife of the Marquis de Sade when she invited Dracula into her “house of pain” and asked to be “turned” by him.

Dolphin Entertainment has acquired the rights to “Sisters Before Misters,” an original female-led comedy screenplay written by Janine Divita and Eric Holmes, and has attached Lea Thompson to direct.

Goran Visnjic, who rose to prominence playing one of the leads on “ER,” has found his next broadcast role.
The Croatian actor has been cast alongside Gina Torres in the ABC soap opera pilot “The Brides,” which is described as a contemporary reimagining of “Dracula” with a trio of female leads. The show would follow these immortal women and the things they do to maintain wealth, prestige, legacy, and their nontraditional family.

It was a down night for some and a steady night for others.
Over on NBC, Chicago Med slipped two-tenths to a season low tying 1.0 rating.
The veteran series delivered 8.3 million total viewers, but it easily led the night in that metric.
Chicago Fire was also on the down side, losing a tenth week-to-week, coming down to 8.2 million viewers and a 1.1 rating.
Chicago P.D. slipped from last week's crossover to 7.1 million viewers and a 1.0 rating.
However, these numbers are on par with the show's non-crossover average.
#OneChicago remains a viable option for NBC, and all three shows have been renewed until 2023.
Fox's The Masked Singer bounced back from last week's season low, garnering 6.7 million viewers and and a 1.8 rating.
It may not be as strong as it once was, but it was the loudest show in the demo on Wednesday night.
Lego Masters followed with a steady 3 million viewers and a 1.0 rating.

The project is described as a contemporary reimagining of “Dracula” with a trio of female leads. The show would follow these immortal women and the things they do to maintain wealth, prestige, legacy, and their nontraditional family.
Reis will star as Lily Stevens. The youngest of the three Brides of Dracula, Lily is a striving singer in New York City whose relationship to a news reporter threatens to tear apart her marriage to her “sisters.” In her former life, she braved the streets of Jack the Ripper’s London, until being “rescued” by Dracula.

ABC’s female-led vampire soap opera pilot “The Brides” has cast Gina Torres in one of the lead roles, Variety has learned.
The project is described as a contemporary reimagining of “Dracula” with a trio of female leads. The show would follow these immortal women and the things they do to maintain wealth, prestige, legacy, and their nontraditional family.
Torres will star as Cleo, one of the three Brides of Dracula and the leader of the main vampire trio. Cleo is described as an imperious woman with a queenly manner — understandably, as she was a queen in her former life, who was turned by Dracula after the death of her husband. Now a maven of New York City real estate, Cleo is challenged professionally by a mysterious newcomer, even as her ties to her sisters are dangerously fraying.

No details are being given on the “Stranger Things” star’s role at this time — other than the fact that he has a hidden connection to Katy (Hale) — or when he will appear on the new show, which debuted Thursday.
“Cary Elwes has been cast as someone with an important connection to Katy’s mysterious past,” “Katy Keene” co-creator Michael Grassi told Entertainment Weekly, who first reported the news of Elwes’ addition to the show.

In advance of Katy Keene‘s series premiere next month, the CW has ordered 13 additional scripts of the Riverdale spinoff headlined by Lucy Hale.
The script order joins early renewals for next season of all 13 of the CW’s current scripted series that are not ending this season: All American, Batwoman, Black Lightning, Charmed, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, Dynasty, The Flash, In The Dark, Legacies, Nancy Drew, Riverdale, Roswell, New Mexico and Supergirl.
The additional script order is a strong vote of confidence to Katy Keene. With its pedigree — being spinoff from the CW’s hit drama Riverdale based on the Archie Comics characters, coming from A-list creative auspices, Greg Berlanti and Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, and toplined by a CW star, Hale — a Season 2 renewal for Katy Keene was considered likely.
As a midseason entry, its second season order would be for 13 episodes. With a potential writers strike on the horizon,...
