The royal apartment in the Tower, where Anne stayed awaiting her coronation, was the same one she stayed in just prior to her execution three years later.
There is symbolism regarding the swan at the end of the episode. Earlier, Henry sees two swans together. Swans mate for life. Later, Henry is seen monstrously devouring one of the swans, just as he monstrously had his own wife put to death.
At the beginning of the episode, it shows Henry praying while a choir of girls sings behind him. Symbolically this might relate to the fact he is the father of two daughters who impact the religious reforms he made during their reigns. But in reality, in the 16th century, there were no church choirs with girls; all choirs were made up of boys and men.
