  Inspector Koichi Zenigata : I don't like this.

  Vingel : Don't you like fish?

  Inspector Koichi Zenigata : I'm talking about Lupin. He hasn't done anything since.

  Vingel : Well, that's OK. He probably can't do anything.

  Inspector Koichi Zenigata : You think that way because you don't know anything about Lupin. He's obnoxious, vicious minded, fearless and very difficult to catch. He's a nasty guy, alright.

  Vingel : You do love him, don't you?

  Inspector Koichi Zenigata : [suddenly slightly flustered]  What? Don't be silly.

• Inspector Koichi Zenigata : [apprehensive about Lupin]  I have a bad feeling about this.

  Vingel : You too?

  Inspector Koichi Zenigata : You too, mayor?

  Vingel : Whenever I eat cod, I get a rash.

  Inspector Koichi Zenigata : [sitting down]  Can you believe this guy?

  Vingel : [pouring a beverage for Zenigata]  When you have itches, this is the best thing for them.

  [He hands the glass to the Inspector. He drinks the beverage, which is incredibly strong] 

  Inspector Koichi Zenigata : What is this?

  Vingel : It is an alcoholic drink called Akebito.

  [Zenigata hiccups and blushes bright red]
