• Inspector Kouichi Zenigata : Lu... Lupin... We were on different sides of the law, but I liked you.

  [He collapses and beats the ground, sobbing. Lupin, disguised as Napoleon, stands next to him] 

  Arsène Lupin III : [in thought]  I like you, too.

• Arsène Lupin III : [disguised as Napoleon]  Inspector Zenigata, why don't we make a deal? I hate Lupin for putting me through this. How would you like to capture him yourself?

  Inspector Kouichi Zenigata : I'll take you up on that offer!

  [He rams into Lupin and shoves him into a bush] 

• Daisuke Jigen : Love isn't allowed in a man's world.

  Arsène Lupin III : Come on, Jigen, don't be so mean.

• [Lupin gently taps the face of Napoleon, who is disguised as him] 

  Arsène Lupin III : Oh, my. He's really sound asleep.

  [Napoleon snores softly] 

  Arsène Lupin III : Well, I've thought about this too.

  [He replaces a mask with one that has open eyes. Napoleon just looks dazed. A snot bubble comes out of his nose] 

  Daisuke Jigen : His Majesty is harder to handle than a rag doll.

• Arsène Lupin III : [bowing]  Your Majesty, please, prepare to escape.

  Napoleon XI : No. I can live peacefully here. Before, I was barely able to sleep three hours a day. I want to stay here a little longer.

  Goemon Ishikawa XIII : I've heard the rumor that you only slept three hours.

  Napoleon XI : That's actually a kind of insomnia. No medicine can cure it.

  Daisuke Jigen : Then please, sleep a little longer before we escape, Your Majesty.
