Ozzie is at The Malt Shop trying to find a good mystery novel to read. Jack suggests the title for him written by Terry McDonald. Jack makes the remark about not reading anything written by a woman because you have to be a woman to follow their logic.
Ozzie comes home and shows Harriet the new novel Jack told him to buy. After some discussion she informs him that the book was written by a woman and Terry is a woman.
At the office the next day, Dave wants to look at Mr. Kelley's notes on a recent case to help him study to become a lawyer. Mr. Kelley allows Dave to take home the notes so he can study them there. On the way home, Dave bumps into a man with a similar briefcase as his as they are both getting on the elevator. They both get on the same bus.
When Dave gets home, he is horrified to discover the fact that he has the wrong briefcase. He wonders if the man he met up the elevator may have switched briefcases accidentally. Harriet suggests that maybe he was from the other side in the court case and that they stole Mr. Kelley's notes to get an edge on them in court.
A mad scramble to find David's briefcase before any sensitive information is lost in sues. Ozzie and David retrace David's steps in order to find the briefcase.
This is another great episode to watch. A little bit of a mystery was added to this one and the results will leave you surprised.
