When Josh first descends into the surface pit, he's Aussie rappelling with his rack attached to his back. When he reaches the gal part way down, his rack's in front.
When Victoria lands, gets off the seaplane and walks to the helicopter she is wearing blue jeans and a white pull-over top that has 2-3 buttons at the top like a regular shirt, it has button flaps on the arms for rolling up the sleeves and she has a white bra on underneath. They all get into the helicopter and it appears to take off immediately, but the very next shot of her shows her top has changed to a full button-down shirt, left unbuttoned with a white halter top underneath and a white bra. She could not have changed all those tops with the helicopters seatbelt/shoulder harness on.
While Josh is hanging on the rock and trying to cross over to the other side he's got a watch on his left arm. However while his stunt-man is jumping to the other side, he's not.
Glow-sticks do not abruptly extinguish when they are depleted, as shown in the final scene with Josh in the tunnel. The glow gradually decreases over a longer period of time until depleted.
The illumination in many of the cave scenes is clearly being emitted by studio lighting, and not the helmet lamps and glow sticks carried by the characters. This is most apparent in the final scene, with the glow-stick carried by Josh.
