Sex & Nudity

  • House tells the pateint that his younger sister (11 or 12) is probably having sex. She says she's not, to which he says, "Well when you do, you'll lie about it." The patient has Hepatitis A. When he asks Foreman how he got it, Foreman tells him that a sexual encounter is a possibility. He tells him to inform the people he's dated, to which the boy says he hasn't had time to go "spelunking." House says he'll father Cuddy's child, but he needs a Vicodin prescription to get him "through the foreplay." House tells Cuddy, "I knew that cleavage was a smokescreen."

Violence & Gore

  • The patient, before his admittance into the hospital, vomits violently. The patient begins to blood profusely from his arm, then his ear, then his nose.

  • House asks several people to prescribe Vicodin to him. He asks Chase, Foreman, and Cameron, in that order. They all say no, but Cameron gives him so leftover pills she says she uses for her PMS. He then asks Cuddy, who writes him the prescription.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The patient's heart stops before he is admitted to the hospital, and he has to be revived with a defibrillator. The patient seizes twice: once in his hospital bed, and once in a sauna. The patient loses the ability to breathe. A CGI is shown of organisms in his lungs expanding rapidly.
