Big Pete has become junior lifeguard at the Wellsville municipal pool and everything seems to be going great. While at the pool, he is the one everyone looks to to save swimming for everyone. Pete has even caught the eye of a beautiful young woman that he has been trying to impress. But his main goal is to be able to make it to senior lifeguard and get to sit in the mechanical chair where Matt Oplinger, the senior lifeguard, sits.
But there is a problem at the pool. Every time they call for 'adult swim', Little Pete causes some type of havoc that fouls up the parents from swimming. Matt Oplinger, asks Big Pete if he can take care of his brother and he will finally get to sit in the lifeguard chair that he has been been wanting since getting hired. Big Pete is going to have to betray his brother to occupy the chair.
This episode has a lot of potential but just did not live up to what was expected. This seemed to be a great idea and the show could have went in so many directions but choose to redo the recurring theme instead of introducing new adventures. It was like the same plot but this time at a pool. It was still entertaining enough to make for a fine show. It was just so much potential that was lost.
