- Narrator: In the constant war against crime, law enforcement agencies move quickly and efficiently against the enemies of society, and often the Highway Patrol move just as quickly and just as efficiently to prevent a crime. On the morning of June 17th, Jack Dunning and Peter Barker, hardened criminals who had a long record of arrests, came to Cedarville to visit an old cell mate, Martin Haggard. The purpose of their visit: murder.
