Do you ever feel like you are the star of the sitcom of your own life?

Warning: Spoilers
Where would you rather be? At a slumber party or staying home giving your dog a flea dip? Carlene's moving out of Charlene and Bill's and has a single apartment in a bad section of Atlanta. B & B everybody ove for a slumber party, including Bernice. Carlene starts off the episode on a very funny note, describing the sitcom of her life, complete with steam song. When they drive through the neighborhood where Carlene has moved to, they realized that it's not exactly upscale, and when Bernice arrives, she's not exactly in a sunny moid, especially over the potpourri that Mary Jo made as a door prize and lousy hotdogs. It turns out to be a sleepless night for the group with helicopters and police sirens going off all night, especially for Anthony who ends up with a very unique air mattress. There's also an anecdote concerning Charlene's visit to Buckingham Palace, as well as the only indication as to why Charlene and Bill never came back. Alice Ghostley is very funny but completely over-the-top, an indication of how she would be for the remainder of the show, although that's what got her the Emmy nomination for the final season.
