Yes. It is exactly as described at the end of the movie, when both characters crack up laughing.
The coffee is called Kopi Luwak and comes from Indonesia. The civet, a cat-like animal, eats the coffee berries from the bush and excrete it. Local people in Bali and surrounding islands pick the faeces up, wash off the beans and roast them. However, unlike it is suggested in the movie, majority of the animals are kept captive in small cages rising concerns over their welfare. It is believed that the stomach acid helps improve taste and aroma. The two men laughed so hard because the coffee is extremely expensive and many do not realise that they have been drinking coffee which has passed through an animal's intestines as faeces or that it results from animal suffering.
