New Delhi, Aug 2 (Ians) Bollywood celebrities are left in “shock” at the demise of renowned art director and production designer Nitin Chandrakant Desai, calling it a “heartbreaking news”.
Desaiwas found hanging in a case of suspected suicide at his N.D. Studios here, early on Wednesday, official sources said. He was 57.

Chennai, March 10: Actress Neetu Chandra, who recently made her stage debut with the theatrical adaptation of "Umrao Jaan", says not too many actors show interest in theatre because they cannot make a living out of it.
"I think money has overshadowed theatre in our country. Not just theatre but a lot of professions for that matter because we view everything from a commercial perspective. You can be in theatre out of passion, but can't make a living out of it because cinema pays much more," Neetu told Ians.
Neetu, who has so far starred in films such as "Traffic Signal" and "13 B", has two Hindi films and a Telugu ready.

National award winner Usha Jadhav entered Bollywood with Madhur Bhandarkar's social drama Traffic Signal and now, the actress has bagged a lead role with none other than the iconic Amitabh Bachchan. Usha has apparently replaced Juhi Chawla in Bhootnath sequel. Though the actress is tight lipped about her character, she claims that her role is quite different from the character reprised by Juhi Chawla in the prequel. Mumbai, Nov 12: Write-ups suggesting that actor Randeep Hooda, once a very close friend of actress Neetu Chandra, showed up at the Prithvi Theatres to witness her stage debut as "Umrao Jaan" for old times' sake, has her fuming.
"This isn't what I want to be known for. I don't want my moment of glory to be diluted by talks about whom I am seeing or whom I am broken up with," said the actress of films like "Traffic Signal" and "Garam Masala".

The actress, seen in movies like "Traffic Signal", "Oye Lucky! Lucky Oye!" and "13B", has to travel in auto-rickshaws here these days since her car has gone for repair. It will take a fortnight for her to get her car back, but the over-enthusiastic reception from cab and auto drivers has forced Neetu to take refuge under the burqa.
"I'm enjoying the liberating experience of walking on the roads unrecognised," said Neetu.
She is contemplating the idea of wearing a burqa "even after my car comes.
