- What seems to be a simple request to get tomato juice for Colonel Potter becomes a ridiculous, complicated ordeal when Major Burns asks for something in return.
- Radar is always trying to take care of his CO: this time, it's tomato juice. BJ is the insect officer; Frank is procurement officer. Frank will order tomato juice if the guys get him a pair of nylons (for a nurse who performed well in OR). Klinger wants a pass for his last pair of nylons; Potter has to call Gen. Bradley Barker to arrange the pass as Seoul is crawling with VIPs. Gen. "Brad" wants Margaret to be his guest at a soiree in Seoul, causing Frank to see red and renege on his tomato juice deal with Radar. The guys have to cook up some plan to keep Frank's tomato in camp so Frank will sign for Potter's juice. Is there enough "juice" on Earth for Gen. Brad Barker to mistake Klinger for Margaret?—LA-Lawyer
- Radar is always trying to take care of his CO: this time, it's tomato juice (Potter really liked the tomato juice that 4077 got by mistake (as it mostly goes to the brass in the rear). The last time he had tomato juice was at camp Dix. Radar is trying to make sure that the camp gets a regular supply of the same). BJ is the insect officer and the camp is drowning in larvae; Frank is procurement officer. Radar asks Hawkeye and BJ for help in getting Frank to order Tomato juice for the unit. Frank is not a big fan of Potter either, who keeps berating him for complaining about BJ and Hawkeye. Frank will order tomato juice (which is too expensive, and each month Frank gets only a certain budget to spend on food supplies) if the guys get him a pair of nylons (for a nurse who performed well in OR).
Klinger wants a 2 day pass to Seoul for his last pair of nylons; Radar gets Potter to sign one for Klinger, but Potter says that Klinger has been AWOL many times and is high risk of desertion. Radar says that Klinger is all stressed out and needs R&R (he is ready to bite a tank). Potter has to call Gen. Bradley Barker to arrange the pass (Potter has a soft spot for Klinger as he looks like his son and dressed like his daughter) as Seoul is crawling with VIPs. Its election time back home and Seoul is hosting many Congressmen keen to show their support for the US Army.
Gen. "Brad" wants Margaret to be his guest at a soiree in Seoul that weekend (in exchange for okaying the pass to Seoul). Potter asks Houlihan in surgery that Gen Barker wants her to be his guest in Seoul and will even send his car for her. The social event will be attended by many VIPs and wall to wall brass. Houlihan is excited and is dying to get there. She convinces Potter that her presence will be good for the image of the 4077th and she just might be able to get some supplies for the unit. When the news reaches Frank (Gen Barker is the one who once asked Houlihan to spank him), it causes Frank to see red (a night dancing meeting to discuss supplies) and renege on his tomato juice deal with Radar (since he is fighting with Houlihan, he doesn't need the nylons anymore). If Houlihan goes to Seoul, the tomato juice is off.
The guys have to cook up some plan to keep Frank's tomato in camp so Frank will sign for Potter's juice. They write a note to Margaret (who is ready to leave and is only waiting for the General's car), delivered via Radar, that Frank wants to propose to her. They write a note to Frank, delivered via Radar, that Margaret is his forever (Radar gets Frank to sign the requisition form in that moment). Frank and Margaret meet and express their love for each other. By the time they realize that they have been had, the General's car has come to pick up Houlihan and Hawkeye and BJ get Klinger to board the car and leave
The next morning Radar serves the juice to Potter and he says he forgot he is allergic to it. Klinger returns to the 4077 with compliments of General Barker.
