A very so so episode
Plot In A Paragraph: After a month of long-distance-relationship with Victoria (Ashley Williams), she's already sent Ted (Josh Radnor) three care packages full of stuff he likes, but he hasn't sent her any. Marshall (Jason Segel) works in Barney's (Neil Patrick Harris) office and doesn't like it all or the people he works with, but Barney talks him into keeping the job. Marshall decides that it will be easier to work in the office if he adapts to the people he is working with and gets some "get psyched" training from Barney.
As a fan of Victoria, I was not thrilled with the way that she was wrote out. In fact I was annoyed. There is not much to like in this episode. Neil Patrick Harris is always fun as Barney, and I enjoyed the Karaoke bar scene, in fact that was the best scene in the episode. Whilst it's a change to have Robin (Cobie Smulders) lusting after Ted (Josh Radnor) she pulls it off with more dignity than Ted managed during his pining phase.
Jason Segel and Alyson Hannigan were excellent in this episode.
