As the Doctor and the Cyberleader are looking out at London from Torchwood, there is smoke and fire from battles with Cybermen on the streets. A short time later, as the Doctor and the party are watching the Daleks from the roof of Torchwood, the smoke and fire has disappeared and central London appears untouched.
When the Void ship has opened, revealing the Daleks, they descend to the floor and threaten Rose, Mickey, and Rajesh. The ladder that was underneath the Void ship has disappeared.
When the Cybermen are marching down the street after the Daleks have been released from the Genesis Ark, the aerial shots show four Cybermen in each row but the street view shots show five in each row.
The Cult of Skaro Daleks have distinctive insignia on their casings below their eye stalks, including a rectangle with three pips down the left. Of the three gold Daleks, there is a horizontal line extending the pip across the rectangle, different for each. But lines for specific Daleks aren't consistently from the same casing: Thay and Jast identify themselves from the same case - top line - while Dalek Caan is middle line. Sec is the black Dalek with no line across the insignia. Thus the bottom-line Dalek isn't identified, either Jast or Thay. Further, a Dalek line is sometimes delivered from two different casings, even changing mid-sentence with a camera angle change.
When trapped with the sphere, Mickey tells Rose he can transport out, but only has one transporter and it won't work for two, so he can't get them both out. However, as Rose is falling towards the breach, Pete transports in, catches Rose, and transports them both out, even though she is not wearing a transporter.
However, he is holding one, and when he is back on the other side, he takes one off from around his neck. It is possible he was wearing one, as well as holding one for her.
When the Doctor calls Rose when she is with the Daleks, you can see on the screen of her phone that the call has been going on for at least 57 seconds, but she just answered the call.
The Doctor states that nothing exists in the Void. Yet this nothing somehow leaves residue.
During the shootout in the warehouse the Daleks yelled out "Exterminate!" a few times, however none of their lights lit as they always do when Daleks speak.
Rose describes Pete's vehicle as an old jeep but it's actually a land rover.
