It's the local elections, and Dibley has had years of Tory rule through David Horton, and of course all of the public services have been slashed. She offers an alternative.
Very funny, two things that should never be argued about separately are religion and politics, combining them means only one thing, trouble. Trouble for David as he has to be nice to all of the Villagers.
Loved the story surrounding Letitia, aka The Dibley Poisoner. Her concoctions are hilarious, the marmite cake takes some beating.
Quality, 8/10.
