Would a prisoner be given enough rawhide leather to make a rope lasso while in jail? Not likely. The next glaring mistake: in some scenes, the "Redskin" is carrying the lasso; in other scenes he is not. And, the classic miscast of 1950's Western TV shows - a white man plays the part of a Payute Indian (in this case it is Michael Landon, who was born to a Jewish father and a Catholic mother). Finally, Trooper Rod Blake rides a horse, while the bad guys cruise around in a pickup truck. Even with these oversights, this episode has plenty of suspense and action, so I rate it a 7.
