When Ensign Kim reports the catapult specifications just before sending Tash back, he states that the graviton field is set for a 100-light year jump. Later, when Tash has dropped out of null space and contacts Voyager, he states that his 5,000-light year jump was successful.
Seven of Nine states that Seska impregnated herself with DNA she had stolen from Chakotay. This is incorrect. Although Seska believed she was pregnant with Chakotay's child, the Doctor established that the child's biological father was actually Maje Culluh. This information would have been recorded in Voyager's database along with the other information about Seska, so Seven should have been aware of it.
While discussing Voyager's history, Seven refers to "Commander Seska." Seska was an ensign, not a commander.
