When Dr. Crusher captains the Enterprise, she gives an order: "Helm, set a course to the conduit." At that moment you hear officer Taitt responding "Ay, sir." Taitt was not at the helm.
Ensign Taitt says she has modified the ship's tractor beam emitter to generate a high energy pulse that can be used to create a large coronal eruption that could destroy the Borg ship; however, when she emits the beam, it is shown coming from the ship's ventral phaser emitter. The tractor beam emitter is located a little further back on the ventral side of the secondary hull.
When Data applies the filament injector to Geordi's forehead, it is placed just above the left eyebrow, but as Data pulls the injector away, the filament is on Geordi's upper-center area of his forehead.
In the shot of the Enterprise and the Borg ship flying closely across the star's surface, the star is depicted many orders of magnitude too small, with visible curvature of the horizon.
Soon after Picard, Geordi, and Troi are captured, Data removes their Starfleet comm Badges (and Geordi's VISOR), presumably to prevent them from being tracked and contacted by other crew members; however, Data does not remove his own Starfleet badge, possibly running the risk of being tracked and located by the search teams by not doing this. Reasons are not stated for taking the comm badges. Data, in leaving Picard, Troi and Geordi in their holding cell, is likely removing their best chances for fashioning tools to break themselves out. Geordi's VISOR was taken because Lore asked for it.
In Brothers (1990), Data's emotion chip was seen as a small sphere; here it is shown as a disc with a triangular section missing from it (and still later, in the movie Star Trek: Generations (1994), it is seen as being much larger and an entirely different shape).
The reason Data's emotion chip looks different than it did in Brothers (1990) is because it was damaged when it was removed from Lore. And, in Star Trek: Generations (1994), it looks square because we weren't seeing the actual chip, just the case it was stored in.
At one point, Taitt refers to a star as "the sun". That is done ever so often on this show; nevertheless, it is technically a "star". Taitt is from the science section and should know this.
However, technically, a star is *a* sun, even if it not *the Sun. It is the sun for this solar system.
Data uses a contraction - "I'll." While it's true that using contractions is normally something Data isn't capable of doing, he is capable of using them when under the influence of emotions.
When Geordi is strapped down to the lab table and Data is imitating Picard's voice, watch Geordi's left hand closely. Although he is supposed to be tightly restrained by a seat-belt type strap running across his arms and chest, he briefly slips his left hand easily out from under the restraint when struggling, although actor LeVar Burton quickly realizes the mistake and slips his hand back underneath the belt.
When Picard, Geordi, and Troi are in the Borg holding cell (17:20), Geordi mentions a carrier wave that he saw with his visor before it was confiscated. He hypothesized that it was transmitting emotions from Lore to Data. Troi then wonders why only negative emotions are being experienced by Data.
However, in part 1 of this story, when Data was explaining to Troi the emotions he felt, he said he didn't want to just try to elicit negative emotions. Troi then tells him that emotions are not positive and negative; its the actions that are taken based on the emotions that can be termed positive or negative.

After serving only as the ships doctor for seven years, having Beverly Crusher in full and competent command of a starship in combat mode is stretching the viewer's credibility.
Somehow or another, after separating from the Collective, Lore's young Borg refugees have learned how to fist fight.
