Tennis Anyone?

Warning: Spoilers
Pickle ball mania is currently sweeping the nation. It was refreshing to see Auschlander and Westphalia play tennis (in L. A).
Meanwhile, back in Boston I must say I approve of Cavanero's hair pulled up instead of hanging down. I can't explain why, but I am not a professional television reviewer, so please forgive me.
I like watching old television shows because people don't have cell phones ( says the guy writing this review on an iPhone). We see Chandler reading a newspaper and an extra reading a paperback book. This occurs all in the same shot! I wonder what book the extra was pretending to read?
For 29 years I lived in Minneapolis, Minnesota. When I first watched St. Elsewhere I was going to college in Duluth, Minnesota.
At the time I didn't know Ed Flanders was from Minneapolis. Not that that should matter, but Minnesotans are proud of our thespians and our local theaters. Ed flew under my from Minneapolis radar.
I knew Peter Graves and his brother James Arness hailed from Minneapolis.
Robert Vaughan and Eddie Albert, you betcha! Although neither was born in the Gopher State.
I knew Loni Anderson was from Minnesota when I watched WKRP In Cincinnati. But by golly, I had no idea Ed hailed from the land of sky blue waters.
Then again, I didn't know James Hong did either. I was disappointed to see Ed didn't appear in the same St. Elsewhere episode with Hong. Life is filled with disappointments.
If only IMDB existed 40 years ago. I wouldn't have been so ignorant. I still am ignorant, but perhaps less so with the IMDB.
