It's almost impossible to kill someone with a Stanley knife by stabbing them in the stomach with it in the way depicted in this episode. An inch-long blade is not long enough to cut through the muscle layers and the abdominal wall to reach any major organs or arteries. Stanley knives make poor weapons, but an assailant would cause far more damage by slashing a victim's arteries - for instance in the neck - than by stabbing them in the stomach.
When Adam Carter is in the truck, he hands a water bottle to a fellow passenger. The two are speaking an Arabic language and the subtitle reads: "Your welcome". It should say "You're welcome".
When Zafar Younis is talking to his base on the radio he says "Over and out." That's terrible WT procedure. "Over" means "I've finished speaking, you start speaking". But "Out" means "I'm stopping listening". So "Over and out" really means "You start speaking, I'm not listening".
