When the scene first starts at the poker game that Mikey Palmice breaks up, when they show the shot of the poker table and all of the money the presidents on the money are wrong, there is a Lincoln on a 10 dollar bill and random pictures on the rest, and only some of the money looks legit.
In the scene where Tony brings Dr. Melfi a coffee during their session, the tissues in her tissue dispenser keep changing shape and position.
At around 22:30 when Tony and Junior are meeting, Junior's glass goes from being on the table and held up between scenes.
When Tony toasts Uncle Junior, he lifts his glass from the table twice (from two different angles).
Early, when Hesh is talking to Tony, his right hand is in his right pant pocket. Then, at 12:22, he takes his right hand out to emphasize a point to Tony. Immediately, at 12:25, his right hand is still in his right pocket.
At 47:50, the police board has Michael "Mikey" Palmice's first name spelled incorrectly as "Micheal".
On the police board, all of the members of the DiMeo Family have their rank centered on their card. However, on Junior's card, "CAPO" is written on the left side, as if they were already aware he was going to be promoted.
(at around 11 mins) A female extra walking behind Tony trips, almost falls and starts laughing, but finishes the scene.
