Bureau Chief Cubitoso says to Adriana that a charge of possession and intent to distribute cocaine can carry up to twenty-five years in prison. Even though only a judge that can make that decision, it's possible Cubitoso made this claim to her to intimidate her into convincing her into cooperating with them.
