When the Strike Team raids the home of Two-Time, they drive by Dodger Stadium with lights on and a full parking lot. This would leave one to believe a game was in progress. Most night games in Major League Baseball begin around 7pm. Later at the hospital when Capt. Acaveda announces Officer Crowley's condition he says that at 1:30am a call for help was made from the spot of the shooting. It is very unlikely that the game lasted over 6 hours. It is just as unlikely that the Team just sat around the scene for a few hours before making the call in either.
Officer Sofer has no stripes on her uniform in the "Pilot" episode but has two stripes (for her Police Officer 3 rank) in "Our Gang" - which is set just minutes after the end of "Pilot." Also in the "Co-Pilot" episode in series two, which is set before the "Pilot" episode, she has the two stripes.
When Danny is sitting in the break room after Dutch leaves, her hands alternate between pouring sugar in her coffee, holding her coffee cup and having her hands draped across her knee in between shots as she's talking to Vic about meeting up after work.
All of the uniformed police officers in The Barn and elsewhere throughout the series are depicted wearing badges on the right side of their chest. In reality, badges in law enforcement and security are worn on the left side.
When Vic tells David Aceveda that he won't listen to him on Cinco De Mayo, Vic's microphone wire is visible under his shirt.
When Danny and Julien are questioning Lamar Tilton about the slashed tires at the motel. They begin talking to him in front of a room door and a crew member appears on the left of the door, in the next angle its a plant, and then again its a crew member. This is only visible in the wide-screen DVD version. This shot has been re-framed to cut out the crew member on the 4K remaster used for streaming and the Blu Ray release.
A cameraman can be seen on the left side when Danny Sofer and Julien Lowe characters visit Lamar Tilton's character near the apartment complex.
You can see a cameraman near the dumpster where Vic and his strike team chase the drug dealer two minutes into the opening sequence.
When Danny tells her date to wait a moment, she holds up one finger with her left hand. The next camera angle shows her doing it with her right.
