Agent White refers to the Green River Killer. He was arrested for four murders, after which additional murders were connected to him. In a plea bargain he agreed to confess to 48 murders and to indicate where the remains could be found. In the end a 49th was added to the list. He was convicted of murder for every case but because of his plea bargain he was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole. Chillingly, his plea bargain also obliged him to give up the location of any additional remains from any other murders that might be linked to him after sentencing.
