- Kramer tries to get a "refund" for Jerry's broken stereo. Jerry is against the idea until he gets a mysterious package in the mail. Newman accuses Jerry of mail fraud when Uncle Leo signs for the package and an explosion is heard while he is talking to Jerry. George, meanwhile, gets involved with "Photo Store Shelia" when she accidentally slips an enticing photo in George's pictures. George decides to send one back, but the plan backfires. And Elaine gets a rash and is barred from every doctor in New York when she takes a peek at her medical chart.—halo1k
- Jerry's stereo isn't working properly and Kramer comes up with a scheme to replace it. He sends him a package of broken parts through the US Mail and insures it for $400. Turns out claiming the insurance isn't as easy as he thought. Elaine meanwhile is upset after she reads an old entry in her medical file describing her as difficult. She becomes obsessed with knowing what else might be in the file and a round of doctor shopping ensues. George thinks he's made it when the attractive woman at the photo developing shop takes an obvious interest in him but he isn't quite prepared for what it all leads to.—garykmcd
- When Jerry's stereo breaks and there's no warranty, Kramer comes up with a plan to get the Postal Service to pay for a new one but it turns out to be not legal and Newman calls Jerry out on it. George thinks the girl at the photo developing place likes him but he's too timid to make a move. And when he finds a photo in his pack of a scantily clad woman, Kramer convinces him she's trying to entice him, so he gets George to join in and take some provocative photos and give it to her to develop. But ends up with the wrong person. And Elaine goes to her doctor and when he catches a glimpse of her chart and didn't like what was in it and complained to the doctor and made a big fuss about it. Later when she comes down with a rash, she goes to another doctor who got from her previous doctor her chart and upon reading it gives her a polite brush off and not really treating her.—rcs0411@yahoo.com
- Elaine cannot receive medical treatment for her rash because of a reputation as being a "difficult" patient. In her medical file, there is note from January 1992. Elaine had a mole, and she wore a tank top to her examination, so she wouldn't have to change into a gown, and yet the clinic forced her to.
She changes doctors, but her old medical records are sent to her new doctor. Elaine tries to lift her medical records but is caught in the act. Meanwhile her skin rash keeps getting worse and now no doctor on New York city will give her an appointment. When Elaine gets pesky, she gets a weird call from the American Medical Association at the middle of the night, implying that she is on some sort of a watch/ban list.
Kramer offers Jerry a method to get a refund on his stereo that is two years out of warranty. Jerry refuses delivery of a package with no return address. Uncle Leo (Len Lesser) signs for Jerry's package.
George discovers that Sheila (Heather Campbell), a clerk at the photo store, is looking at his pictures. George thinks that Sheila has stuck a revealing picture of herself in with his pictures, when, in actuality, it was a lingerie model's picture that accidentally got mixed in. Kramer convinces George to return the "compliment" by sending seductive pictures of George to Sheila and offers to take the photos. George also takes a bunch of other photos with Jerry and Elaine around the apartment. Kramer and George do the risque photo shoot with George as the model. George drops off his film at the photo store and gets a surprising result.
Jerry lets Uncle Leo open the package and there is the sound of an explosion. Leo's stove has exploded, not the package. Eventually Jerry gets the package and opens it up, and it contains his stereo in pieces. Kramer sent the package to him insured for $400; now all they must do is collect the insurance money from the post office.
Elaine poses as Uncle Leo's nurse to try a diagnosis for her condition. When that doesn't work, she tries to get Kramer (who poses as the fictitious Dr. Van Nostrand) to lift her records; however, that fails as well, especially when Kramer gets his own records.
Newman (Wayne Knight) grills Jerry on suspicion of mail fraud. While Newman can't find evidence, walking past the photo store, he sees a photo of Jerry, taken by George, with Jerry leaning by his stereo inside his house. This proves to Newman that it is indeed a fraudulent claim. He confiscates all the photos as federal evidence & refuses Jerry's claim.
In addition, Newman reveals the pictures that George and Kramer made, and believes them to be a form of male pornography, including a picture of a presumably homosexual man named Ron (Bari K. Willerford), who saw the pictures of George taken by Kramer. This later leads to the break-up of George and Sheila, the photo store woman.
During the end credits, Elaine, Kramer, and Uncle Leo are at a medical office in a rural location far from New York City. When the doctor there receives the call about the trio, he doesn't help them and once again upsets Elaine and the two men.
