Roy Rogers: Where is Dale, Pat?
Pat Brady: I was hopin' you'd ask me that. A woman government agent came here and got Dale.
Roy Rogers: A woman government agent?
Pat Brady: Yeah, they went to see this woman's superior about them papers. They oughta be back any minute, though, 'cause Dale was drivin' Nellybelle.
Roy Rogers: Well, Sheriff, we might as well sit down and coffee up, 'cause if she's drivin' Nellybelle, we have quite a wait in store.

Hide Those Government Papers!
Jim Harris breaks out of prison and digs up a satchel holding what he stole: some cash and secret government papers about chemical warfare. He goes to Mineral City to get help from his partner in crime, crooked lawyer Sheldon. But Sheldon's henchman shoots Jim in the back and he soon dies. Jim's twin brother Bill arrives and is mistaken for Jim, but he soon convinces Roy of who he actually is. Dale finds the secret government papers but Sheldon knows she has them. He has a female accomplice, Walden, poses as a government agent. Walden convinces Dale to go with her to see her superior but then pulls a gun and forces Dale to drive her in Nellybelle to Sheldon's ranch, where Sheldon and his henchmen are waiting. Walden searches Dale and finds the documents on her. Dale is then tied up. Things are looking bad for the good guys. Can Roy and his posse show up in time?
