The title for this episode - unlike most of the others, which are usually a play on something well-known (books, movies, etc.) is based upon 'legalese'. As Beth Davenport explains to Jim, his having a telescope on the top of his trailer (with an unsafe ladder to it), and without any safety precautions, made it serve as a 'lure' to which the victim - further enticed by the ladder, made it irresistible bait - an 'attractive nuisance'.
