When Croft escapes from the wagon, the guard (Dabbs Greer) fires three shots at the convict. The guard is pointing his gun more than 20* to the right of the convict--but somehow the convict is shot.
When the prison wagon pulls up to Lucas' ranch, and Taylor (Dabbs Greer) is talking to Lucas, Croft (Charles Cooper) asks why they are stopping there. When he asks again, the driver, Potter, (Richard Devon) takes out his sidearm and hits the bars on the window of the prison wagon. The barrel of the prop gun, being cast of pot metal, bends from the impact.
While Lucas is locked up and the camera shows the two guards from inside the wagon, one has a gun in his right hand and a bottle in his left. Moments later, the guard does not have his gun and the bottle is in his right hand.
