Two important events dominate. One is an eyewitness account of a cold blooded murder of a store owner. The witness comes under threat from a gang member, forcing her to look over her shoulder. The second is Berluti's continuing effort to get a settlement for a group of cancer patients who live near power lines. The struggle involves the accepting of blame versus a cash settlement. This is really well done.
