Eva and Aunt Aggie (Agnes) are looking out the window at two men who appear to be watching them. As they pull away from the window Aunt Aggie's right hand releases the drape and moves to hold her left hand in front of her waist. The camera angle moves to a closer angle and Aunt Aggie's hand is just then releasing the drape.
When Agnes and Eva first hire Perry, Agnes expresses concern about the cost, and Perry tells her that "an equitable arrangement" can be made. But an attorney should disclose his fees in advance, with the proviso that other arrangements can be made.
When Perry is confronting the murder in this episode, the camera cuts back to the guilty on the stand. When returning to Perry to say, he wouldn't stand in the guilty person's way, Perry is standing with the court behind his left, and behind him on the right is open space, with out any showing of Perry moving to this position in the previous shot.
Instead of providing only a description of his wife to the detective agency, Grant Reynolds should have been able to give them a picture of her so they would not have been confused by Eva's impersonation of her.
